Casio F-91W or GA-2100: choose how you read time
A digital display and an analog-digital layout suit different habits.
The F-91W-1 puts its information on a digital display; the G-SHOCK GA-2100-1A1 combines hands with a digital display. Start by listing the tasks you actually use: checking time at a glance, an alarm, or timing an interval. Follow each model’s manual through those tasks before deciding which button sequence feels natural. More modes do not automatically make a watch easier to use.
Check legibility in person, including the small digital area on the GA-2100 and the viewing angle of the F-91W. Product photographs cannot establish night-time readability or comfort on your wrist. Also inspect case dimensions, strap adjustment and the manufacturer’s water-use guidance separately. This comparison does not treat a G-SHOCK label as permission for every activity, nor a familiar digital design as proof of authenticity. Buy against the exact reference and a traceable seller.
