Tissot PRX or Gentleman: start at the bracelet

These two references are Swiss automatic watches with blue dials and an advertised 80-hour reserve. Tissot lists a Nivachron balance spring for this PRX and a silicon balance spring for this Gentleman. These are distinct specification choices, not evidence from our own accuracy or magnetic-resistance testing. Do not transfer specifications from another size or quartz version.

Examine how the bracelet meets the case, the clasp position and the smallest practical adjustment on your wrist. Tissot lists a quick-release interchangeable bracelet for this PRX; use the exact compatibility list when buying an alternative strap. Similar nominal widths do not prove that end pieces fit. Try both with the bracelet properly sized before choosing. If you intend to change straps frequently, include compatible straps and fitting arrangements in the purchase decision rather than judging only the dial photograph.
